Supporting for second version of ThorLabs KST201 #110

Dear all,
I found pyLabLib didn't support well the second version of KST101 - KST201.
There're a lot of errors while initialization of controller, depends on operating system I use.
On windows it tolds about ID, but on linux it got error about size of packet of parameters.
