SDR++ on Jetson TX2

I am trying to compile and run SDP++ on Jetson TX2. My Jetson TX2 has Ubuntu 18.04. When I try to build SDR++ it complains my cmake version is low:

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:1 (cmake_minimum_required):
CMake 3.13 or higher is required. You are running version 3.10.2

Is a work around for this?

I managed to compile and run SDR++ on my Jetson++. Now I run it. Looks like it is tuned to FM radio. But I do not hear anything in my headset.
