iPad os version

As we know iPads, especially the higher end models are very capable machines. I wonder would it be possible for an iPad os version of Sdr++. There would need to be changes for the interface of course but would most of the rest of the code be transferable?
It would also be very useful when running a sever version on the Mac and connecting with an iPad.

First you'd need sideloading, as far as I know that means jailbreak, because i really don't think that SDR++ will appear on the Apple App Store anytime ever

Plus, you'd need to write Swift or Objective-C code while SDR++ is entirely in C++
