Example Data adderss

Hi, running the first step to generate synthetic genotypes, I cannot find 'data' adderess

'Run ROOT_DIR=$PWD SGE_TASK_ID=1 python -m pytest -s tests/test_data_generation.py::TestDataGeneration::test_synthetic_genotypes_generation --rep 1000' to generate rep different genotypes that will be saved in 'data/synthetic/genomic.h5py'

I understand that you saved the example file to this path['data/synthetic/genomic.h5py'], but I can't find this kind of directory in the github file list.

At first, I thought you didn't upload the initial(prelimianry) data, but looking at the previous issue, it seems that someone already tried it. Can I get information about the raw data? I want to reproduce and check this data and apply it to our research.

Hi @Dosin-Lee ! Did you eventually manage? I am trying to apply DeepCombi as well but it's a bit of a struggle to figure out how to supply the data
