[Help]: Processing individual bursts

Hi,

I know it is probably not a intended use case, so any suggestions would be appreciated.

I need to examine the effect of debursting on downstream tasks, e.g. despeckling since the distribution of speckle might be affected by it.

Is there a way to process individual bursts in a subswath without debursting that would make a proper comparison to a debursted subswath?

PyGMTSAR always stitches bursts in radar coordinates. But you can use my InSAR.dev software at https://github.com/AlexeyPechnikov/InSARdev when every burst is processed and geocoded separately, and inter-burst overlap can be analyzed for phase jump correction and more. Using s1.transform(...,epsg=0), you can produce a zarr burst stack in radar coordinates for easy comparison with PyGMTSAR results (geocoding differs between the software). By the way, check the .dissolve() InSAR.dev function - it averages burst overlap areas, the results look quite interesting.
