Sonoff works only on LAN

Since few weeks I can use only LAN connection or auto ( but then 3 of 18 devices are not working - its 3 LED strips) when I change to cloud all devices are offline. Probably that 3 LED strips are controled by cloud only? On december everythink works fine. Also on ewelink app everythink ia working

Same here. I noticed it that from a couple of days (weeks) THR320 stopped updating temp regularly.
It only seams to update using LAN connection when i restart wifi connection.
Checked debug logs, found nothing, but...
when Im reloading integration configured as local I get WARNING cannot found access token info

After reloading integration with auto or cloud configured I get WARNING about access token but also ERROR that Im logged in somewhere. I was not logging anywhere else for last couple of years, only using HA and it worked.

So I thought that maybe i will find something in ewLink and I was able to login to ewLink without issues, and then I logged out.

I was already updated to latest, also HA was restarted by default, but You gave me thinking and i forgot about oldest IT solution to everything:

I have rebooted vm machine, not just restart HA, and it now seams to work.
Will monitor it as it is heating my Hot Water Container so it is some kind of critical one :)

but just checked logs and since it started to happening 9th of January i rebooted VM couple of times so maybe last HA update fixed something and another reboot was needed.

I have the same issue. The power/consumption data only updates for devices using LAN control. For cloud devices, the data updates only while I’m logged into the eWeLink app on my phone. It also started a few weeks ago for me. I’ve tried everything, but it doesn’t get better.

@AlexxIT Sorry, I didn’t notice the pinned topic at first. I’ve found the solution there since then. After setting the appid and appsecret, the cloud device data started behaving normally too (temperature and power values are updating properly now). Thanks for the help!

Yup and that's why I was sorry for being lazy :) Sorry again. Think we can close it as mine also works without issues since last reboot.
