Description
Hello,
Apologies if the title is non-descript, wasn't sure how to describe the requirement.
All of my cameras have been added via the WebRTC card with an aspect ratio of 4/5 - for a better viewing experience on mobile. As you can imagine, this isn't ideal for any video with a wider aspect ratio but it does the job. I now have a 180 degree Reolink camera, 5120*1552 resolution which isn't as ideal for the 4/5 aspect ratio.
I was hoping there was a way to fill the height of the card with the video feed and then be able to digitally pan left and right using mouse cursor or touch screen. If this can be done with the digital PTZ function then I must be doing something wrong as it doesn't resolve my issue. I've also played around with object-fit but no luck.
YAML as below:
- type: custom:webrtc-camera
url: rtsp://xxxx:[email protected]/Preview_03_main
mode: webrtc,webrtc/tcp,mse,hls,mjpeg
media: video,audio
style: >-
video {aspect-ratio: 4/5; object-fit: contain;}
.ui {display: none}
.mode {display: none}
ui: true
digital_ptz:
mouse_drag_pan: true
mouse_wheel_zoom: true
mouse_double_click_zoom: true
touch_drag_pan: true
touch_pinch_zoom: true
touch_tap_drag_zoom: true
persist: true
Looking for this, video is still within the frame but pan-able:

Any support would be greatly appreciated.
