以 某个 国内云盘为例 ， 需要把 访问某个指定的链接 里面的 曲奇 、folder id 和 cloud id 拷贝出来，填入 alist 的相应的网盘的对应字段中。 请问有没有自动化的方法（插件、脚本 或者API 接口 ） 可以简化这个人工操作 ？
