我部署在内网，家人和朋友都会使用较多，而且会对接一些办公的应用，在帮助朋友找回密码和需要根据明文密码做一些校验时就没法操作了，麻烦考虑将密码hash + salt加密设置为一个可选项，我真的特别需要看到明文密码...
