请问下我刚才新建的文件夹时间为什么日期不是今天的呢？而是1月30号的，这个修改时间是怎么算的呀？

在111111文件夹下刚建了一个test.txt文件，修改时间是刚才的，但是外层111111文件夹的时间也不是最新的文件夹修改时间诶！请问这个是为什么呀？
