Move "Base Path" in "permissions --> roles" to "users --> Username"

Previously when setting up a user, I could choose a path and permissions, but now I have to set up a role with a specific path for that user, which causes duplicate roles, if the permissions are the same but the paths are different.

We’d like to clarify a few things:

Currently, roles already support multiple base paths, so you don’t need to create multiple roles just because the paths differ. A single role can be assigned multiple paths along with its permissions.

However, it’s true that users currently cannot manually choose or customize their own base path directly. We are aware of this limitation.

We are planning to enhance the user editing interface in the future, allowing admins to select a user-specific base path within the user’s permission scope. This will provide the flexibility you’re looking for, without requiring duplicated roles.
