Description
Use Case
aicsfeature and it's generated products are used heavily by all "pipeline" related products and teams at the institute. Currently it isn't even open source (see ack-#8) but more importantly, a tool that generates the primary data for CFE (one of the major products of the institute isn't the greatest documented or tested and thus how can we be sure of it's products.
Solution
Fully open source, not nearly a full rewrite but at least heavily configure it to be testable and maintainable.
Alternatives
Leave as is. Continue to build tech debt.
