* Disable tests for riscv while bootstrapping

* Fix urls for EPEL-10 product

Add EPEL-10_altarch and EPEL-10-v2-bootstrap flavors

* Add another platform

Set mock_dist in EPEL altarch flavor

* Use definition instead of mock_dist

* Remove distsuffix from flavor
