Old GNC version in almalinux 8.4

I have almalinux docker image and the current version of the GNC is 2.28.

I have situation to run automated tests on top of playwright FF browser. FF browser need the version >=2.30 and I was not able to upgrade the GNC version. When I try to upgrade, there are many dependency packages are versions are old like gcc, make and upgrading with dnf does not work.
