AlmaLinux 9: OpenSSL is very outdated and needed to be updated for AlmaLinux 9

Hi

I am currently using AlmaLinux 9 on my server and its seems the OpenSSL is very outdated and needed to be updated to OpenSSL 3.5.2

Here more information:

Unfortunately I am not comfortable with building it myself and I prefer to prebuilt version

RHEL and RHEL compatible distros don't usually bump the upstream release, but instead backport security fixes.
See: https://access.redhat.com/security/updates/backporting/

So if your concern is about OpenSSL vulnerabilities, you should be fine.
