New "product" page

On our website we rely heavily on "we're like RHEL and CentOS" as an explanation for what AlmaLinux is. We need to look at the site and fix that as a whole, but it would be good to start with a page that explains the features and benefits of AlmaLinux without relying on a person's knowledge of RHEL/CentOS at all.

In my mind this page would look something like https://www.cpanel.net/releases/ with each major supported version highlighted and detailed (I really like the idea of the support timeline at the bottom of the header space), and then linking out to other places that are relevant to the versions.

NOTE: This would be a good first issue for someone who is good with Hugo and who works with the marketing SIG to design the page before implementing it.
