Update documentation about AlmaLinux errata

We need to give some love to https://wiki.almalinux.org/documentation/errata.html
Things to cover:

• Provide new screenshots, they're from 2022
• Describe with RHEL errata
• Update the description about AlmaLinux errata
  • RHEL compatible erratas- variants we follow and release cadence between RHEL -> AlmaLinux
  • Erratas only present in AlmaLinux - why/when they are released. Process for requesting a fix for CVEs that were not yet released upstream
• Describe different resources
  • http://errata.almalinux.org
  • OVAL feeds, jsons and errata rss
  • Maybe point to openscap guide section?
  • updateinfo - already described
• Not forget adding AlmaLinux 10
• We point people to security list for errata release announcements, and currently these are posted into the announce list
  • We need to update this and
  • revisit the security list and figure out its purpose - no activity

I like this! I'mnot sure what "Describe with RHEL errata" means, though, and so will add one point of caution: while we can answer the "how far behind RHEL will you release security fixes" question, I want us to get away from relying on "we are just like RHEL" for descriptions. Doing so ultimately depends on the AlmaLinux community to understand something about RHEL in order to understand something about AlmaLinux. Let's make sure our descriptions are as independent as possible.
