[Feature Request] Vagrant images to support cloud-init #299
Description
Since Vagrant 2.4.7, Vagrant now supports cloud-init. It would be useful if the vagrant boxes produced by the SIG included cloud-init, unless there's a reason not to? I'm happy to add the required stanzas by copying them from the AWS config, but wanted to check whether this stood a chance of being accepted before I raised a PR to implement the change.
