Hi, two things come to mind:
When you create an animated texture, each animation channel has a duration. You can assign a random duration to shorten or prolong the channel.
You can spawn zombies at a random interval to change the starting frame when the animation occurs.

Sorry, let me clarify it. The issue is whenever my program spwan the same entities whose view is a gif with different duration, that their gifs have parallel playing progress. I don't konw how to describe it in professional vocabulary and it looks like all the zombies have a same posture. Thank you for your help.

If it's .gif file, rather than a sequence of individual image files / sprite sheet, I am not sure we have any API that controls the start frame, so any duration you set will have no effect. You may need to consult JavaFX API for ImageView.
