Cannot switch private servers and i keep crashing when i try to

so i switched to my friends private server, but i did it incorrectly and now i cannot get my old stuff back, is there a way to fix it?

can you provide more detail? saying you did it incorrectly is very vague. anywho just try launching in safe mode, disabling ServerAPI, launching normally, and changing back to base GD servers, edit your friend's server's details to be correct, re-enable ServerAPI, and try again.

So basically, he sended me his private server, i put it in, and it crashed, i tried to disable server API, but the gdps switcher did NOT work, and i cannot do anything, the button doesn't show up, cannot do anything, its like an error where you put a gdps, but its incorrect and boom, it gives an error.

well first off dont disable server api it definitely wont work if you do that send off just send some screenshots or a video of your error
