Add support for different types of Structured Streaming Triggers

Since Spark 3.x, a few others TriggerTypes have been added.

DataIO should support all of those, being:

• AvailableNow
• Continous trigger
• Once (even if this one is deprecated, it should be considered for migration of existing jobs)
