Improvements in the GQL interactive shell

Hi,

I really liked the idea of GQL in general. Thanks for the good work.

However, there are some limitations at the moment which made it a bit hard to try out different combinations using the GQL interactive shell. Such as:

1. Navigating through the query history using the "Up" and "Down" arrow keys
2. Allowing horizontal cursor movements on the shown query with the "Right" and "Left" keys. This will help to eliminate the hassle of removing some parts of the query if you want to make a small change to the query that is already composed.

I can see that this idea is already in the open issues and will be addressed in the next version: #50
