Requesting to bring an option to not update/revert the color of certain fields text when syncing with Ankihub

Problem case

I manually highlight some of the info in extra field with green text to save some time or don't miss any buzzword etc while reviving my
cards(check out the image above), but when the info in extra field is updated from ankihub and i sync with ankihub to update the cards, i will loose my highlights, i mean the highlighted color will be revert back to default.

Solution

can you guys bring an option in the note types that when we sync with ankihub the manually highlighted color doesn't revert back to original. i know about the the protection of the field but when i turn on the protection on the extra field and the cards get update from ankihub i will not get the updated info. i also know about the highlighting of bold, italic words etc but when i do that all the cards which contains bold and italic fonts color changes, which i don't want.
