Description

Which Note Type (and version) is this about?

IO-one-by-one

Problem description

I am experiencing a persistent issue with the IO-one-by-one note type. Even with the latest version of the note type.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Select the IO-one-by-one note type.
  • Insert an image into the 'image' field.
  • Click the Closet icon (the blue/red box) in the toolbar.
  • Instead of the image being outlined with a red dotted border, the error message is displayed:
"This note type does not seem to support Closet. Closet needs to be inserted into the card templates using Asset Manager, or you can download a note type which already supports Closet."

Checklist

Please replace the space inside the brackets with an x if the following items apply:

  • I've restarted Anki to see if it helps
  • I've verified that I use the latest version of the note type by redownloading it from AnkiWeb
  • I've tried to disable add-ons to see if there are any interactions present
  • My issue disappears when I hold shift while starting Anki.
  • I've checked if anyone else reported this problem before by looking through the issue reports. I also checked to see if there is a section about known issues in the add-on description, documentation, or README.
