Images from deck not loading on .html

Problem description

when opening the html link - all text is there but images are not. it is just a blue "?" where the image is. I attached the pdf of the html so you can see everything fully.

I have the same problem using Anki 25.02.7 (1b882285)⁩ and PDF Exporter 1.8.1
