Need upstream patch for macOS if 3.10.0 gets rebuild with libffi=3.4 #50
Description
In case you rebuild python=3.10.0 with libffi=3.4 at some point, please apply the included patch and test from conda-forge#525 to ensure you don't run into the same regression conda-forge::python=3.10.0 ran into on macOS. This should be fixed for upstream 3.10.1.
