Feature request: use watchdog timer and reset

I'm having some difficulty keeping the emitter connected and operating for more than a few days at a time. This could be a variety of things, even potentially unrelated to the emitter itself (WiFi reliability, etc), but it's happened multiple times now.

I think it'd be good to enable the watchdog after the first successful connection (or MQTT message?) with a few minute timeout so that it can reset if something goes wrong (i.e. when it can no longer deliver MQTT messages).

Thank you very much for reporting this issue and suggesting the watchdog solution. Apologies for my delayed reply. I have encountered the same (or very similar) problem on a couple of occasions after power outages: the XIAO ESP32C3 module on the ANAVI Miracle Emitter starts up faster than the Home Assistant Green running the MQTT broker. This makes the issue a bit tricky to reproduce, but I’ll work on setting up a test environment and implement the fix you proposed with a watchdog.
