In js side bookmark editing, tapping a note always causes view to be scrolled up so that user easily loses context.

1. Have a bible document open and a bookmark in one verse, with a long note in it
2. Open bookmark and scroll down the note
3. Tap note in order to edit it
   Actual: Editor opens so that users previous scrolling is cancelled
   Expected: Editor opens so that it is scrolled down to same position where user was viewing last time.
