Add new repository (German content) to AndBible

We have prepared a wide range of free German modules, including several dictionaries and Bibles that are unavailable on Crosswire. More is on its way. You can find them at https://github.com/GermanSwordModules.
The official repository is hosted by LuKi in Germany: https://sword.luki.org/alpha.

Will need to check if quality and content are OK and then enable repo to AndBible users.

The quality and sources are mentioned in the readme file, together with licences. The content is Christian material, focusing on Lutheran, Calvinist and Brethren texts. It also includes material from Catholic scholars and Church history.
