v3.2.0 I2C Control

This update is packed with a lot of new things, but most importantly, we support I2C control now.
Use I2C to control your pumps or LEDS. We currently support the most commonly used chips in I2C Relays, PCA9535, MCP23017 and PCF8574.
As always we snuck some further improvements and bugfixes.
Most notably you can now set up with an english data base, have random cocktail, see events and have better experience with the payment service.
