How to Give feedback to a Plan and have Claude correct it?

I noticed that when I plan a feature auto claude writes all the planning assets (specs.md etc) but then want's to start coding straight away (even if I had the Require human review before coding checkbox ticked).

So I am not able to give any feedback to the plan (that has some issues). How am i supposed to have the plan corrected within the workflow?

I wonder the same, I don't know if we can steer Claude in the chats that appear in the VS Code extension. Or if we can even catch them.
