Feature request: Add follow-up tasks for completed tasks (tasks marked as "Done")

Add the ability to add follow up questions/task(s) on a task that is marked as "Done". The follow up question/task should re-use the same specification and context of the original task and adds/modifies according to the request as a continues coherent session just like a normal Claude Code session.
