Human in the Loop before coding

Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if it just doesn't work this way but I was hoping the Human In the Loop would be triggered before the coding begins.

A few times now it's planned something and then coded it and it's gone in the wrong direction from what I wanted. A brief interaction once it finished the planning before the coding started would have identified any issues and let me correct it.

What I was hoping for:

1. After planning stops and asks for user input
2. Presents a plan (much like claude code in planning mode) to the user so they can approve
3. If not ready to approve user can iterate the plan through prompts

Of course this can be an option enabled on each task. Much like a developer, if I give them something relatively straight forward to do then I trust them to just get on with it. But if it's something that involves significant changes I always a appreciate a chance to discuss their implementation plan before they get down to coding.
