This could be possibly better for when bmad is fully added. Also add the ability for users to manually select the priority of the task or the ai determines the priority.

If you have a long list of tasks in the planning it should determine if its high, medium, low based on how complex the task is, or if its say a prd then it will put the install packages as a high priority and start with high priority first etc.
