Suggestion: Implement profiles feature

Comes from AndrewSav/Remnant2SaveAnalyzer#21 as I'm archiving the R2SA project.

Some people have multiple accounts across epic, steam and xbox, and multiple save folders. It would be nice if we could switch between those easily without having to specify path every time.

Technically, since the settings are bound to the application directory it would be enough to have multiple copies of the application lying around each with their own path, but that's impractical for several reasons.

If however the settings file location were to be moved elsewhere (I'm currently touching adjacent code anyway), such as a CLI argument or environment variable, then one could create a wrapper script on platforms with that kind of thing, or a Link on Windows (the thing usually on desktops, not a symlink which Windows also supports, the former can add CLI arguments).

Basically having three links each properly named, potentially with custom icons, could be created by a user, each specifying a different settings file name, thus allowing to start the app with different settings (and a different savegame path).

From a code complexity standpoint the thing I conjured up in #24 already has a SettingsService with a constructor allowing an optional path, so it'd be as easy as getting arguments or environment variables and adding a parameter to the singleton.
Also of course a short README section on how to make use of it.
The logic is also easy to backport, basically moving the initialisation of path into the constructor and adding the second constructor in SettingsService.

Would that suffice in your opinion?
Adding full-on profile support would likely be more complex (though still doable of course), and if this were enough it'd be a pretty cheap implementation.

In my opinion if anyone does this, it should be a first class feature that should NOT require a multiple shortcuts or a wrapper script. The Overseer's goal (as I envision it, could differ from author's) is to be accessible to a lot of games, who are not nescesserily very technically savvy, so cratches such as a wrapper script IMO do not cut it.
