1.0.6 release missing from Nuget

I just tried using the fast rectangular clipping added in 1.0.6, and realised the latest release on Nuget is still 1.0.5. I'm guessing it was just forgotten during the release process, so am hoping that it'll be a quick and simple task to sort it out now it's been noticed.

This is sort of a duplicate of #338, although they didn't state that it was due to an existing release being missing.
