Is it possible to make scores more visible? I have issue when trying to see at a glance.

If I tap anime/manga in my list it will redirect to the change status page or view description, depending on your settings. Is it possible a dual mode, letting the colorful part of the card redirect to the entry description and the info part to the change status page?

In addition is it possible to add tags when searching in my own lists?
I can only use genres there.
