GoTo by bookmark requires you to manually type the bookmark string

There's no dropdown to choose bookmarks in the targeted timeline, meaning you have to manually type the bookmarks out. This results in wasted time as you have to scroll back and forth with no reference on the bookmarks that exist in the currently edited timeline, and it's worse when you're targeting a different one.

This requires a custom EditorInspector with a custom EditorProperty to be able to display them.
