🐛 Bone config scroll doesn't work

There is no visual or mouse scroll functionality in bone config menu, some options are not available

🔄️ How to Reproduce

1. Open bone config
2. Try to scroll down with the mouse wheel

✅ Expected Behavior

Transition to lower options of the menu
