Generate a Snakemake report #2
Description
Include useful informations in a Snakemake HTML report (https://snakemake.readthedocs.io/en/stable/snakefiles/reporting.html), for example:
- reads quality profiles
- a table with the number of sequences kept/lost at each rule
- the runtime of each rule
- workflow diagram
- diversity/composition plots (when issue Add taxonomic assignment rule #1 will be solved)
