Preload core HED documentation into system prompt #100
Description
OSA preloads HED annotation semantics and terminology (~13k tokens) into the system prompt, giving the agent immediate access to core rules. Currently HEDit only has hardcoded rules in hed_rules.py.
Add ability to fetch and preload official HED docs from hedtags.org/hed-resources raw markdown.
