[Feature]: Add options for customized prompts, for not allowing tag extension and summarization

Feature Description

Sometimes, tag extensions create more variability and uncertainty for annotation, which may not be useful for projects. Therefore, we should probably provide an option that treats the extension as invalid and removes the guides for extending tags. In this mode, it should specifically mention that no extensions are allowed. Simply select the tags from the schema.

Motivation / Use Case

Use cases for standard events annotations, particularly when a third party and not an experimenter performs the annotations. We don’t want the minimum extensions and just want to keep it within the schema.

This issue is being addressed as part of #88 (Semantic Schema Search Epic). The semantic search integration will provide the infrastructure needed to implement the no-extension mode and constrain annotations to existing schema tags.
