This issue is being addressed as part of #88 (Semantic Schema Search Epic). The embeddings-based approach will enable searching across multiple schemas (core + library schemas like SCORE, LANG, Mouse) without bloating the system prompt, by dynamically pulling relevant library tags based on semantic matches.

Please note that the Mouse schema is still in draft and won't be indexed until it is finalized.
