Survey the FAIR space for what can be already done with creating a rich annotation layer and re-analysis of the Neuro Data

Creating multitude of transparent and FAIR annotation layers for naturalistic stimuli, like movies, create the opportunity to reanalyze neural datasets to ask new questions, or as @yarikoptic, puts it, it will be "New Science"

Facilitation of this New Science is key for adoption, and finding and linking services already available would be the first step for such facilitation.
