Download All Courses - Can't Kill Process

If using the "-a" option, when encountering the "Require User Interaction" (Captcha), attempting to kill the python process with "Ctrl-C" won't kill the program. I suspect there might be multiple threads involved and it's just killing the child but not the parent?

If downloading a specific course (-c), it will kill the process OK.
