[Feat]: Implement plugins for ChatGPT #2
Description
Current problem
In the current implementation, ChatGPT isn't really used for its full potential. For example, right now it can't:
- Retrieve real-time information
- Retrieve knowledge-base information
- Perform actions on behalf of the user
