Gnome 3.28 removed "global dark theme" switch

After the "global dark theme" switch is removed from tweaks, it will need a seperate theme numix-frost-dark to get the dark style aviable.

I just build it here and process gives also a lot errors:

If you want the dark theme, you can edit ~/.config/gtk-3.0/settings.ini and ~/.config/gtk-4.0/settings.ini by adding:

[Settings]
gtk-application-prefer-dark-theme=1

This will enable the dark theme.
