[Feature request] Option to Ignore Automatic Wallpaper Change for Certain Apps #444

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When using ColorBlendr and the wallpaper changes, the whole system ui gets refreshed leading to loss of data entered into a text field. This has happened to me several times when creating Github issues on web browsers. Also when watching YouTube videos using LibreTube, the video gets abruptly stopped requiring a restart of the video.

Add an option to toggle certain apps to ignore automatic wallpaper change when in use.
