I was particularly interested in Figure 7 from your paper/repository.

Could you please provide the plotting code or related scripts used to generate Figure 7?
This would be very helpful for understanding and reproducing the results.

Excuse me, did you analyze fig 6 in the reproduction process? I don't understand how the tree is built. If so, can you share the code?
