cyanogen synthesizer uses 4x less graphite than expected

cyanogen synth only uses 0.75/s graphite at max efficiency, even though it used to be 3/s

Steps to reproduce

look at cyan synth in database or get a 100% cyanogen synthesizer running and see the extremely low graphite usage

• I have searched the closed and open issues to make sure that this problem has not already been reported.
• I am not using Foo's Client, and have made sure the bug is not caused by mods I have installed.
